Funmi Ogbue- CEO

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Funmi Ogbue holds an MSc in Organizational Change & Development from the University of Manchester, and a BSc in Sociology from the University of Lagos.

Funmi’s roles have also included, Human Resources Director at British American Tobacco, and senior HR positions in multi-national companies such as Mercer Mergers and Acquisition in the United Kingdom. In 2012 she was appointed Head of Human Resources for the newly privatized Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company Limited (IBEDC). Funmi worked at Jake Riley where she led several public sector reform projects and has nurtured close relationships and the understanding of Oil & Gas regulatory framework having been involved in the Oil & Gas Policy review effort.

Ojinika Mba-Kalu- COO

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Ojinika Mba-Kalu is a Project Management professional and certified Change Management Practitioner. She is a certified Centre for Management   Development trainer, facilitator and leadership coach.

She is a gender advocate, learning and development consultant. She has over 18 years’ experience working in the banking, media, education, consulting, and energy sectors. She is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Jake Riley

She has a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Master’s in Project Development and Implementation and MBA in Human Resources Management. She is an alumnus of Power Africa Power Sector Program organized by USAID and Power Africa. She also attended executive education at Women Lead Institute and Counter Part International Washington, DC, USA.

Ojinika has several years of experience mentoring and coaching young people. She is a member of the Project Management Institute, a certified management consultant and a fellow of the institute of management consulting

Temilola Achakobe- CFO

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Temilola Achakobe has a B.Sc in Accounting from the University of Lagos. She obtained an MBA from IESE Barcelona. She is a fellow of Chartered Institute of Accountants Nigeria and has worked in the Oil & Gas Industry for over 20 years.
