RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead stakeholder interviews and technical workshops across six workstreams: Operational Efficiency, E&P, Safety & Compliance, Engineering, Corporate Functions, and Data & Technology
• Design and apply a structured Digital Maturity Assessment framework
• Identify and validate 5–10 quick-win digital initiatives with clear ROI estimates
• Coordinate the OT/Operations Specialist and IT/Data Specialist for deep-dive technical assessments
• Produce the Technical Assessment Report, E&P Maturity Matrix, HSE Blueprint, and supporting deliverables
• Develop the client’s Digital Vision Statement and five Strategic Pillars
• Build a prioritised Initiative Portfolio using an Impact vs. Feasibility model
• Design the High-Level Target Architecture covering cloud, IoT, data platform, cybersecurity, and integration
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 10+ years in management consulting, with at least 5 years focused on digital transformation
• Deep working knowledge of upstream oil and gas operations (E&P, gas processing, pipeline operations)
• Proven track record delivering digital maturity assessments and technology roadmaps
• Experience with SCADA/DCS systems, IoT platforms, OSDU, and cloud migration strategies
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills — comfortable presenting to C-suite executives
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills; ability to produce board-quality deliverables
• Ability to lead and coordinate a small team of technical specialists under tight timelines
