Introduction
Introduction
Managing stakeholders requires more than technical expertise. The way individuals behave, interact, and respond to others has a direct impact on how relationships are built and sustained. Personality and behavioural traits shape communication styles, decision-making, and the ability to navigate conflicts. This module examines the role of personality, behaviour, and interpersonal skills in stakeholder management, with emphasis on the Big Five Personality Traits and the CARAPACE model of skills essential for engagement.
