Trust

Empathy:

Emotional Intelligence
Emotional intelligence is the ability to perceive, use, understand, manage, and handle emotions. It has five components: social skills, self awareness, self-regulation, empathy and motivation.

- Support arguments with examples, experiences, and data.
- Emphasize benefits to stakeholders.
- Address concerns upfront.
